A Self-Discovery Workshop for Women Ready to Understand Their Patterns
For the ones who look like they have it together, and feel like parts of them are still living in the past.
A Self-Discovery Workshop for Women Ready to Understand Their Patterns
For the ones who look like they have it together, and feel like parts of them are still living in the past.
When the past still feels present
You've rebuilt your life. Maybe you left. Maybe you created a safe home, raised your kids, built a career,
learned to stand on your own two feet. From the outside, you look capable. Resilient.
Like you've moved on.
But somewhere inside, a part of you is still bracing.
You might recognise yourself in this:
“
I know I'm safe now, but I still don't
feel safe.
“
I don't understand why I keep reacting this way when I know better.
“
I've done so much work on myself, but something still feels stuck
“
I'm tired of being the strong one.
“
I want to trust people, but I don't know how.
“
Part of me wants to move forward, but another part keeps holding me back.
There is a reason you still feel this way.
You're not imagining it. You're not broken, and you're not doing it wrong. You're carrying parts of yourself that learned, a long time ago, how to keep you safe and they haven't yet gotten the message that the danger has passed.

before you begin.
From the moment you reach out to the moment you leave the workshop, here's what the experience looks like.

The First Connection
Before anything else, I want you to feel safe and understood. Your responses have a reason.
Your body has been trying to protect you. That's where we start.

Creating a Safe Space
Once you join, you'll receive your participant workbook. This work is gentle by design
it's not about forcing yourself to revisit painful experiences or uncovering everything at once.
You're in control of your own pace throughout.

Understanding Your Survival Patterns
We explore why survival responses develop, how experience shapes the way you think,
feel and respond, and why patterns that once protected you can be the very thing
keeping you stuck. Your behaviours stop looking like personal failures and start
looking like what they are: learned, protective, and evidence of your resilience.

Learning Your Nervous System's Language
You'll be introduced to the four common survival responses fight, flight, freeze and fawn
and guided to identify what happens in your body when you feel unsafe, what patterns you
repeat, and what your nervous system has been trying to protect you from. This awareness is
where choice begins.

Reconnecting With Yourself
Instead of asking “What's wrong with me?”, you'll learn to ask, “What happened that taught me
I needed this protection?” Different parts of you hold different fears, needs and roles and
none of them need to be fought. They need to be seen, heard and understood.

Coming Home To Yourself
The workshop closes with a guided nervous system meditation, giving you a moment to
slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience what safety actually feels like the
beginning of a relationship with yourself built on compassion, awareness, trust and connection.

Continuing Your Journey
For some, this workshop brings enough clarity to make meaningful changes on your own.
For others, it's the doorway into deeper work through the Homecoming program, and once
complete The Whole Self Nervous System Blueprint™, a more in-depth coaching
experience for lasting transformation.

Most people who reach out to me have already tried to think their way out of patterns they can't simply think their way out of.
This work doesn't treat anxiety, hypervigilance, people-pleasing or
emotional overwhelm as problems to eliminate it treats them as intelligent adaptations that developed for a reason, and builds a relationship with them instead of fighting them.
As a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades supporting people through
some of life's most vulnerable moments, I understand both the physiological
impact of trauma and what it actually takes to create emotional safety in a
room.
That's combined with trauma-informed coaching training and my own lived experience of childhood trauma, grief and years spent living in survival mode
myself.
My Role
I'm not here to rescue you or fix you.
I'm here to walk alongside you as you rediscover the strength, wisdom and wholeness that were never gone just buried under the strategies that helped you survive.
• Understanding before judgement
• Compassion instead of fighting yourself
• Safety, connection and self-trust
You were never something that needed fixing.
You needed to be understood.

I know what it feels like to survive and I know what it takes to begin living again.
For much of my life, I carried the impact of childhood trauma, loss and experiences
that shaped how I saw myself and the world. Like a lot of people who come to this work,
I became incredibly good at surviving. But there came a point where survival wasn't
enough anymore. I wanted to understand myself not just cope.
That search led me through trauma education, nervous system regulation, coaching,
Parts Work and the science of how our experiences shape us. Alongside my career as a Registered Nurse supporting people through fear, illness, uncertainty and major life transitions, mentoring junior staff, and walking beside friends and family through domestic violence and trauma of their own I discovered that healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been carrying the weight of survival.
Whole Self Holistic Health isn't a career change. It's the natural evolution of a lifetime spent caring for people.

Experiences of feeling understood, supported and more connected to themselves.
No. This is a trauma-informed coaching workshop, not a clinical or therapeutic service, and it isn't a substitute for therapy if you're currently working with a mental health professional. It's a space to understand your nervous system and patterns, and to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
No. Most of the people I work with look like they're doing fine from the outside. This work is for you if parts of you still feel like they're bracing, even though your life has moved forward however capable you appear.
No. You're in control of your own pace throughout. This isn't about uncovering everything at once or reliving painful experiences it's about creating curiosity and awareness at whatever depth feels right for you.
This is common. Many clients arrive already understanding what happened to them intellectually, but still feeling stuck in the same patterns. This work bridges that gap between knowing and feeling.
Investment is discussed on your discovery call, so we can talk about what's right for where you're at.
Some people leave with enough clarity to make meaningful changes on their own. Others choose to continue into deeper 1:1 support through the Homecoming program.
This is for you if you’ve already done the work to survive, rebuild, and move forward but part of
you still feels connected to the past.
If you’re self-aware and understand your patterns, yet still find yourself repeating them, this may be a place to
understand them differently and begin creating real change.
This may not be the right fit if:
メ You're in an unsafe situation right now and need crisis support rather than a self-discovery workshop.
メ You're looking for a quick fix rather than a process of understanding.
メ You'd prefer a purely clinical, therapy-based approach.
This is for you if you've already done real work to survive left, rebuilt, healed on paper and part of you still feels like it's living in the past.
If you're intelligent, self-aware and tired of trying to think your way out of patterns that won't budge, this may be a place to begin understanding them differently.
